On June 20, 2023, Mr. An Ye, General Manager of the East Asia Regional Center of the International Business Department of China Railway No.4 Engineering Group Co., Ltd. (CR4EG), and Chairman of CR4EG Mongolia Company, led a delegation to visit China Sam Enterprise Group Limited (China Sam). The General Manager of Sam Energy first extended a warm welcome to the CR4EG leadership delegation. He stated that China Sam has long been deeply engaged in energy, minerals, and international business, with rich experience and talent reserves. Sam Energy has had preliminary contacts with CR4EG in Mongolia and learned that CR4EG possesses strong engineering construction capabilities. He expressed confidence that the two sides can pool development momentum and achieve a powerful collaboration in future projects such as China-Mongolia railway construction.

Chairman An Ye thanked Sam Energy for the warm reception. He introduced that as a key member of China Railway Group Limited, a Fortune Global 500 company, CR4EG is a large-scale construction enterprise with comprehensive construction capabilities. It has undertaken many major projects at home and abroad, among which the Mongolian National Highway No.2 and Airport Expressway projects have been highly praised by the Mongolian government and people. CR4EG's main business is highly compatible with that of China Sam and Sam Energy, offering enormous cooperation potential. He expressed willingness to promote further cooperation in the aforementioned project areas.

This meeting laid an important foundation for future project cooperation. Both sides fully affirmed the prospects for cooperation and will uphold the principle of mutual complementarity and win-win results to continuously expand cooperation areas on the current basis, jointly create a new chapter of development, and benefit the people of both countries.
